Well done, I'm not the best at planks, I keep putting on my to-do list.
I am better at full arm planks and can hold for a while. When it comes to those elbow ones in Body Balance etc am much worse. Apparently is because your core is more challenged by centre of gravity. Or something. Anyway, they are great exercise, so let's keep going with them!
