And I actually enjoyed it!
Would be interested if anyone has any advice on how fast a brisk walk & a jog should be. I'm doing this on a treadmill so have the numbers glaring accusingly at me for half an hour...

Haha, that caught me out too and I forgot about that until I read this.
I walk quite fast anyway, so my brisk walk was on the verge of a jog. In the end, I had to slow down not only my running, but also my walking.
I'd say you have to find your own pace. How fast do you normally walk? If you overtake most people in the street, ite probably already brisk.
Think about how it 'feels' to you rather than what the numbers tell you

I have just started running again so on week 2 next run... The only thing I'll say is when I used to go to the gym about ten years ago, I used to be able to run on a treadmill for 30 mins but I could only ever manage road running for 15 mins.... Does anyone else agree with me?
Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
and outlines the recommended pace for C25k...........you need to be able to speak clear ungasping sentences as you run and brisk walk.
Enjoy your journey.
