Windy and rainy as I looked out the window. Tired from lots of new year walks. Found myself putting my running clothes on and went. Decided to repeat w6r2 and managed it despite running into the wind. Got to keep this up - never mind the weather.

Well done 👍 you’re doing great. Listening to your body & repeating a run is ok. Subconsciously donning your running kit shows your indomitable running spirit after all the excitement of the New Year. Awesome effort, keep it going 😊👍

Well done JCPW on getting out there and running run 2 of week 6 in the rain, you did very well, that is the last run with interval walks and runs, W6R3 is the run, once you have completed those 25 minutes will make you OFFICIALLY a runner, good luck with that, hopefully, the weather will be a little kinder to you.
