2019= 79 runs. Better mental health, healthier body, much slimmer and a happier me overall. Thank you vrb’s.
I started c25k in April, consolidated 5k for a while then moved on to 10k. Made so many new friends irl and virtual. Have a hobby to talk about, shop for and read about.
I wonder what 2020 will bring.

Those are great achievements for you Sp81, congratulations.
I have only remembered how many 10Ks I have ran, of course you can always know how many parkruns you have ran as they tell you when you get your results.
For me 1957 to 2017, no runs, however, plenty of walks and bike rides.
2018, all the 9 weeks of C25K and consolidation runs, about 4/5k's but no parkruns or 10K's
2019, I have ran 14 Parkruns,PB 30.55 4/10Ks, PB 69.23, ? 5Ks ran locally, I have only remembered the local 5K run PB which is 31.33,
I might better that today as I intend to run a 5K this afternoon. 😊 🏃🏾

Update, as I have been saying on this site I would be running a 5K on the 5th day of Christmas which is today, I have just ran 🏃🏾 it, that is the last run of the year for me, this coming Friday, which is the 10th day of Christmas, I will run my 5th 10K. 😊 🏃🏾
