Week 8 Run 2, 28mins in late pm, heavy snowfall, beautiful and inspirational way to see the environs. Friendly locals encouraged me clearly thinking I was slightly bonkers. Everyone else was wrapped up head to foot.

Felt great though and makes a change from pounding the pavements of North London.

Bet the air was a bit better too HGM! Enjoy your time in Austria - happy skiing! And running too of course!

Yes wonderfully fresh and clear.

(Sorry to be a bit dim but what does HGM mean?!!?)

Thanks. It's quite dramatic running in snow and quite motivating actually.

Ooh you’ve inspired me. I’m running last run of wk 5 tomorrow and off to France skiing on Tuesday. Amateur skier here but was planning missing runs for 5 days (as I’d be skiing) but I think I will follow your lead and try to fit in a cpl runs. Thank you n well done on wk 8!

Yes I was afraid I was being a bit silly, but I found a really flat park, with wide footpaths, so no problem with slipping underfoot. Take you running shoes just I case! Good luck.
