Graduated! I’m a rock star!

Well at least in my own mind 😍. On a sunny 50 degree day in upstate New York I officially ran my Graduation run at the same park I started it all. I’m 60 yrs old and I won’t say how much overweight, let’s just say a lot. I’ve never been athletic or interested in sports. Being an introvert I liked the idea of running alone and competing with myself. There have been days where I wasn’t sure I could make it back to my car due to sore legs, but I persisted! I am unabashedly PROUD of my accomplishment. However this is just the start ! Keep on keeping on my friends! Thank you for all the tips and support 💕

Well done you! I also graduated this week and am just over 60. I think repeating week 9 for a few weeks sounds sensible -plus I haven’t worked out how to download music on my phone!!!!! 😂😂.
