7.1 Hills!

So Laura suggested changing the route this morning and on a whim I carried on straight instead of just my usual round the block, before I knew it I was somewhere I had never been or driven before and there were hills! Mild inclines actually but for quite some distance. I surprised myself with coping very well but was definitely flagging towards the end and it took a lot of effort to up the pace for the last minute. One more run on Boxing Day then I have a 25 hour journey to see my Mum in Florida, I’ll be taking an extra rest day because of the journey but will still complete week 7 on Saturday 🙂

Those long inclines can really take it out of you but the more you run it the better you'll get. Well done you.

Enjoy Florida🎅🎅

Good work! You definitely need to get to know those hills and make friends with them.

Hope the travels are smooth.

Yeah, but I don't like them! :-)

Mild inclines? No such thing - I view “mild iclines” as silent but deadly mountainous tortures.
