Woohoo Iโve done it and I even sped up for the last minute. The first five minutes felt like I was running with lead weights but got in the zone and before I knew it I was half way through and then only five minutes to go. Canโt believe that it all seemed so hard in W1. Thanks for all the support on here. Hereโs to week 7 ๐

Well done runner. Itโs a great achievement, especially as you also felt good enough to speed up at the end. I was supposed to do my W6R3 today but have spent most of it in A&E as my little girl is unwell and I havenโt slept for two nights so it will have to wait. Well done again ๐
