As a recent graduate I did my first park run in -1C last month and loved it. I did my second two weeks later in 24C in Brisbane two weeks later and managed to improve my time 😀😀

Back to my local one last Saturday and managed a pb of 30.34 a day after landing back home.

Aim is to beat 30 mins unthinkable before I started C25K
