Using my now well worn 'prepare for the run' phrase ...... Alexa - When will it stop raining!
The downhills are feeling really really good! haha no surprise there, but of course you pay for those later .... on the way back, and although yes they're hard, they're feeling better and I'm not quite feeling like I need to collapse and dissolve at the top which feels so good even though I'm feeling completely bushed.
This time I decided that Strava timing my run would be better and more informative if I missed out the 5 mins warm up and cool down therefore making it much more representative of what I'm actually doing. And I'm feeling really proud of it and wanted to share because I'm feeling good for a 52 yr old couch potato (no more!!)
