W6R3 completed this morning. I was further along than ever when the bell rang and had plenty in the tank to go up a gear when Laura told me there were five minutes left and then a couple more gears with a minute left - really got to proper running speed with a longer stride for a short while. Felt good!

I’m still starting slow and trying to maintain my pace for the main body of the run. Today I only covered 2.88 km during my 25 mins running. I’d love to go faster but I think I’m better off waiting until I’m consolidating before I try to up the pace. It’s important now to keep progressing comfortably and stay injury free.

It’s a great feeling to leave the intervals behind - I wouldn’t be here without them but they’ve done their job now.

Thanks all for the support and the great vibe here.

Well learnt, leave speed for later, great effort. 👍
