Argh, cough, back to square one?

I got as far as wk2r1 then came down with a bad hacking cough and sore throat, so not done any exercise for nearly 2 weeks! It's taking ages to go! Think it might be wise to go back to week 1 once I'm better? Bit frustrating as my knees were starting to ache less and feel better. Hoping to get back into it next week.

Good luck. Restart is the best idea, but you may find a bit of residual fitness will help those knees. 😊 Hope so. And do stay slow. These winter cough things are a pest & need to be taken seriously. Glad you’re feeling better. 👍

Go back to week 1 if you want to! There is absolutely no shame in doing so.

You're still very new to the program so I suggest you do go back and before long, you'll be back in the swing of things!
