Oldfloss will be proud of me...did all my S&F moves on the 9hr ✈️ flight! No swelling of ankles!!

Thanks Buddy! Yes, a miracle for me as they usually swell up very badly after a long haul flight, despite fight socks! Running is an amazing antidote to jetlag too! I usually suffer so badly but feel great after my run.
