Painful knee

Ok, so I've done this before and managed to graduate about 2 years ago, unfortunately I picked up a knee injury that took absolutely months to heel had X ray and physio and I did eventually heel but put me off running so I stated yoga and Pilates. Last Monday I wanted to restart the program so started week 1 I decided that running on soft grass would be better and went at a snails pace, couldn't have gone any slower!

Would you believe it pain in knee again😥 I even wore knee support on both knees. Really want to do this but I don't want to really hurt myself. The pain is on the inside of my knee and I last ran on Friday and it's still hurting😥 Shall I wait until completely pain free or what? Advice l please. Thank you.

I would do some work to strengthen both your knees before you start (and only when you're pain free)

Hop over to Strength and Flex for loads of exercises that will help.

If there's an option to see a physio again first that would be good too...👍🏻
