after taking the advice from all you guys, i am still running, doing 6.5k in 43mins. Might be abit slow but i am running non stop, so hopefully i should be able to reach my target of 10k by Christmas. Just wanted to say thank you for all the advice and inspiration. I am enjoying the runs now and the beautiful scenery that comes with it. ๐Ÿ˜€

Sounds quick to me! Just enjoy it & donโ€™t worry. If distance is your goal at the moment, just focus on that and enjoy the moments when itโ€™s not raining. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Š

A wonderful, wonderful feeling! The joy that running brings no matter what our speed or pace. To be out there imbibing the beauty around us and feeling fit and fabulous...nothing to beat it ๐Ÿ‘
