Graduated about 4 weeks ago. However since graduating I have been unwell. Now on the mend and want to get back into jogging. Not sure if i need to start C25K from the beginning. Any advice please.

You don't lose any fitness for a couple of weeks so you're not as far back as you'd think.
Just pop out there, do your 5 min walk and then run for 15 mins and cool down. You've been unwell so you need to give yourself a bit of slack.
Do a couple of 15s then a couple of 20s then just see how you feel. You'll be OK 👍🏻😊
