Pleased to have got this done.Looking forward to the last two weeks and consolidation. So hopefully by the finish of 2019 my 3 month phase 1 done and ready to repeat bridge to 10k my 3 month phase 2.

I have enjoyed bolting on the 12x30sec all out intervals per week but have substituted them with the Nov Speed Challenge.

The tried and tested adaption C25k is certainly enough to concentrate and focus on first time round. In particular the repair days which are mandatory to achieve your result.

Best wishes to all who are giving themselves this gift.

4x3 month phases to a once in a lifetime marathon.I am repeating C25k for a third time, bridge for a 2nd time and HM for a second time. The last and 4th phase is only distance not achieved yet.

Just want to know what that endurance feels like, no matter how long it takes.Once will do and trotting every step.
