I've got that run to do on Friday ... so it's so good to hear that someone has done ! Well done
If you can do the other runs you will be fine! I did have a moment after a few minutes where I thought 'how the hell am I going to do this!' but just checked my pace and concentrated on what was coming, put my favorite running song at the end of the playlist to keep me going till the end and somehow I did it! I never in my life thought I would enjoy doing that! Feels bloomin fantastic! And it was wet and cold and horrible too! Then I had to walk my dogs for 3k on top! Proper knackered now!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran.

As AlMorr says, congrats on the week 5 run 3 but be weary of the next 2 runs, they tend to throw people's rhythm, breathing, etc.
Over half way through the program now, you'll be graduating before long.
