Should I Give It A Go?

I was just one run away from completing the course when I got a cold. That was about 10 days ago and I have slowly been shaking it off, though it has left me a little wheezy.

I want to get back into the running habit again so don't want to put off re-starting too long.

Is it too soon to run if I don't feel 100%. And where would you take up on the programme again?

If you are still a bit 'wheezy' as you say you should probably leave it a bit longer , at least until your breathing is back to normal. 😊😊

Hey you! Sod's law that would happen just one run shy of your second graduation! I'd wait 'til your wheezes have completely gone and then just go for a run with no pressure and see how long you're comfortable with. However long that is, restart from there. Hope you're feeling much better very soon. xx
