Hi! I haven’t posted on here for a month now😧
So I’m still keeping up with the running! I wouldn’t necessarily say I’m in a routine as such, but I try and run once a week as a minimum and don’t put too much pressure on myself if I’m unable to go out for one. I joined a new gym a month ago and I’ve been going to different classes there. Everyone has complemented my fitness and I honestly thank c25K for that, this is the fittest I’ve ever been😂
I had a *bad* run last week. I got to 3K and my legs just would not work anymore. I kept trying different techniques such as interval running but I couldn’t get my breathing right! I did manage to push to the 5K but it was hard. However yesterday I ran 6K for the very first time, and it’s the farthest I have ran so far! So I guess what I’m trying to say is don’t give up ☺️ everyone has good runs and bad ones, and if anything that bad run made me more determined to do better this week!
Also, I’m really enjoying reading about everyone’s journeys and offering my support and advice!
