That’s it another week completed. Nearly ran again after last night’s badminton 🏸 but someone tore their achilles & I was called into 1st aid duties ⛑🚑

Really enjoyed tonight’s run especially when Laura complemented me on being a runner 🏃‍♂️. Settled into the pace after choosing a hilly mountain ⛰ run. Joined two of my normal routes together which worked well. Only 9 more runs till graduation 🎓 & new goals 👍😊
