4 down, 4 to go!

I’ve just completed run 3 of week 4 and I feel bloody amazing! I can’t believe that I can feel such a difference in my body in such a short space of time! I’m not sure if it’s because I had a little bit of water before going, or because I’m genuinely fitter, but I didn’t get a stitch at all (highly unusual for me) and I had bags of energy. This program truly is amazing!

On another note, it was really raining, so I was passing lots of people in their coats and umbrellas looking miserable and I hardly noticed the rain 🤣 It was such a energy booster!

Also, If there’s anyone that finds that when it’s raining their eyes sting because of sweat and their ear buds fall out constantly, this evening I used a buff rolled up as a thick headband over my ears and it helped in both counts. Highly recommend 👍🏼

Great for getting to the end of wk4. It's great to be out running in the rain and I thought I would never say that. Well done you 😊😊

I do the headband thing with my buff as my earphones fall out, especially when it’s windy

Glad you’re enjoying this fab programme 😃👍

I love my rainy runs id go as far as to say I prefer them..your so right that it’s an energy booster, so far so good with my pods staying in but I do wear a cap 🧢 to keep rain out of my eyes 👀 😁 therefore I avoid the rainy sting!! 😂
