OMG!!! I just did W5R2 and feel great. I even felt god enough that I increased my speed (my weekday runs are on a treadmill) Less than halfway through the first 8 minutes, and kept to that speed for the second. Feel pretty good.
And I agree with another member. Running makes me want to go to the loo, even if I’ve just been!!!!

MarkyD LOL, I felt a bit of a wuss for even thinking of that just after I’d finished but then my rational brain said “But it’s not like anyone else cares how fast I run”. I only increased by 0.2mph, but that also means I’ll only go down by 0.2mph!!!
