This alone won’t do much re weight loss but it will help tone up - combine with portion control and you’ll smash it

I find that running is a trigger for me to eat healthily because I feel healthier. With regular running and modifying my diet I have lost nearly a stone since 1st July. I have cut out snacks and processed carbs, more lean protein and loads of fruit.. and unfortunately cut out my daily glass or two of wine!. Occasional treats for special occasions and so far it has worked for me. Good luck and enjoy your running

Great you've got to wk3 already. Just go slow and make sure you are well hydrated 7 days a week not just on run days. C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊
