I can’t believe it... I have just finished C25K week 9 run 3. I feel so fantastic! I’ve am doing the 5:2 diet as well and have lost 17 lbs up to now. I hope this encourages other people to give C25K a go as well 😀

How did you cope doing 5-2 anc C25K at the same time? I am looking into 5-2, recommend by my doctor, and start C25K on Sunday.
Hi, sorry for the late reply! I have tried to do my runs on the non fast days, but doesn’t always work out. I have found it ok, but now I have finished C25K and am running 30+ mins, I do lack energy sometimes and put that down to not eating enough. I now run the majority 30 mins with 3 30 second walk breaks in between; if that makes sense!?
