3rd time at week 1. Last year I successfully graduated in December, started pushing myself to go further, faster, and ended up with shin splints and pf. A few weeks off, and I started again with double rest days. After graduating, I did something to a muscle in my thigh, and found I could hardly walk the day after a run. Following a short break, I'm now back on my feet and determined to get fit. This time I will take it slower, and do each week twice before moving on. Let's see if that works.

Welcome back DNB2512, sorry about your recent injuries, as you are a graduate you know when you are rerunning C25K you can repeat any runs or week's, good luck for your reruns of the course. 😊 🏃

Good luck. It took me 3 attempts too for various health reasons. Wishing you 3rd time lucky!
