Well done for starting the challenge. I am also overweight and started in April - I am only on wk6! Doesn't matter how long it takes you, you are at least doing it. Keep up the good work, you'll be glad you did. I couldn't even run for 60 seconds on wk1 but ran (rather an incredibly slow jog) for 20 mins the other day! 😀

You can definitely do this! Slow and steady, drink plenty of water every day and make sure you have at least one rest day in between runs. Keep posting on here and you will get lots of support and encouragement. ☺ 👟

Go for it. I’m also carrying a little extra gorgeousness.... cos that’s what it is. This plan has been great for my fitness and mental health but I would say that weight loss has been/is very very slow so don’t be disheartened if the same happens for you. Measure yourself though because the inches definitely come off, I had a funny feeling at work the other day and realised my undercrackers were falling down underneath my trousers!! 😳😳😳 Good luck 👍🏻

It's a good programme to do. I've not lost loads of weight but my body shape is changing, I am leaner and certainly fitter. Some days are harder than others but that's life anyway.

Well done you! I just finished week 2, I am also unfit (cardio wise) and am carrying extra weight - believe me if I've managed so far then you will too!

Be very patient and kind to yourself, take it at your own pace - this programme is generalised but people aren't, everyone does it their own way. Be proud of yourself for beginning! 😊
