Week 3 run 3...DONE!

DEEEEELIGHTED! I drank more water today,so legs not as heavy...needed to after bday celebrations last night,lol! Happy days.

Great job! In general the water you drink yesterday will help more than what you drink today, but life throws up these parties, well done getting the hydration back up. That’s 1/3 of this plan done... enjoy week 4
