A month off after ligament damage looking for advice on where to resume

So after a month of recovery from what i initially thought was a stress fracture but turned out to be a ligament strain. I’m planning on starting back up in September. So my last disastrous run was a repeat of W6R3. So where should i start to get back in to it?? Ankle feeling stronger each day but wondering what i should do.? Should i start all over again? Or start back a few weeks into it? Any advice welcome and to everyone who gave me some advice on building up my ankle strength ..thank you 🥰

All any of us can do after a break is to follow the advice in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and go out for a gentle jog to see what you can manage. From there you can assess where to pick up the plan.

Take it easy.

Just go out for a really slow run and see what you can comfortably manage. Then take it from there on what week you can start. Good luck 😊😊
