Whew! Chasewater Park Run

If anyone is nearing the end of Couch to 5 or actually finished it and wondering what is next, go to Park Run!

Every Sat 9am 5k at a park near you. All sizes, shapes and ages, pushchairs, dogs, walkers even, you get your time text and emailed to you after and there’s always an opportunity to sit and chat to other runners over a coffee at the end.

I don’t run with anyone, hubs supports and it’s a great way to start the day! And it’s free!

Oh and this is Chasewater, Staffs!

Well done. I'm 8 runs post graduation. A park run is in my sites, got my registration key tags. I'm circa an equal bus ride away from Sutton - Chasewater - Walsall, which is down as my home parkrun. Hopefully will do all 3 in time.

You must! I started at Rosliston in winter, had a bit of a hiatus but must carry on.

Glad you enjoyed your parkrun today, it was my 4th, I am finding that I am getting to know runners that run the course around the same time as I do, I speak to them before the run and at the end of the run and even sometimes during the run, everyone at parkrun is so friendly.
