C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here. Just go slow it's not a race and drink plenty water 7 days a week, you can do it 😊😊

Go for it. Take your time. If you don’t feel ready to move to the next week, repeat the week, but don’t give up! You’ll be amazed at what you can achieve using the C25k programme. I was 20.5 stone when I started in April and since then I’ve lost 1.5 stone in weight and I can now run 6.5km without stopping! You can do this!

Lots of great advice in the FAQs, don’t wait do it today😀 Fear and doubt can hold you back, have a go. Keep following the plan, don’t worry if it seems hard at times or it doesn’t go quite according to plan, just keep trying and it will work. Welcome to the community

This is an amazing journey and you’ll have loads of support here!

Plenty of water on rest days and run days. My first breakthrough was learning that my brisk walk could be faster than my run. I think we naturally think we should run faster than the walking bits but that was a big mistake for me. This is really about learning to run for 30 minutes, so don’t worry about speed or distance - you can work on those later if you want.

I wish I could give you a peak into your future (only about 9 weeks or so) you’ll be staggered by what you can achieve, and how great you’ll feel!

Nice and slow and you’ll be fine!
