W3R2.... Another week ticked off..

Feeling better this morning changed a bit of my route although possibly doing the first 90 second run uphill wasnt the greatest idea i have ever had!!!!! Calf was already getting tight but kept my pace slow and steady, breathing regular so all was OK.. Quite a few people out early today.. Thursday always seems busier for some reason? State of mind seems a bit better and its good to switch off from the stuff thats going on.... Enjoy your day.... 2 days off now and then tackle week 4 on saturday

Well done you...stretch that calf really well. Tight muscles get tighter..so try some calf exercises to keep them loose.
