Boiling hot even at 7.15am on this morning’s run. Think I even scared the dog with my new running shorts! Less Lycra to wash though ....

No photo, glad you enjoyed your run this morning despite the heat, they say in parts of south-east England and the London area the temperature is to go to 39C that is over a hundred degrees Farenheight 102F, far too hot to run a 5K. I notice that some runners here on C25K have said they will not be running at all until the cooler weather sets in at the weekend, I just wonder if this had been Saturday if some of the park runs would have been postponed because of the heat.
