Hello, c25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here. Just go slow drink plenty water 7 days a week . Good luck 😊
Well done for getting started on the C25K programme, it really does work! If you are wanting to lose weight, it's best to tackle that separately through healthy eating and sensible portion sizes - C25K will get you fit and active but it's probably not going to make you lose much weight on its own. Muscle weighs nearly twice as much as fat anyway so you will probably see a difference in body shape and how your clothes fit long before you see much difference on the scales. Hi Overlord, choose a sensible eating plan like slimming world or weight watchers - both sustainable long term. Please don't go for the shakes and uber small portion thing - not sustainable. Congratulations on starting C25K, follow the plan, repeat if necessary and take it SLOW.
