Just tried a run outside for a consolidation run. Only actually managed to run for 6 minutes in one go the rest of the time it was 2-3 minute runs. Back to the treadmill for me I think.

Don't give up the outside running it just takes a bit of practice to get your pace right as you may have been going too fast and tired yourself out . Try it again and go slow . I did all my runs outside and believe me it does get easier. Good luck 😊
When I ran outside for the first time I went back a week on the NHS C25K , the sights sounds smells of running outside I feel are far greater than running inside maybe mix up your weekly runs by doing 2 inside then 1 outside

I ran,all the time on a treadmill....could go a long time...i got persuaded to run outside and found it so difficult....but only for a couple of weeks and then it all clicked into place. Dont give up and go back to treadmill...persevere and you will be glad you did...just go at a nice steady or slow pace. It was probable you went too fast. Good luck.
