Wow, what an experience! So many colours, so many smiles, such an invigorating morning event! And of course, the new PB on my side. A bit confused at the end, when on the last 10 m or so a guy left me behind while pushing a pram. To make it clear, I was the one pushing my lungs back in, he was the one pushing the pram. Well done, mate!

You're jealous of a guy with a pram 🤣🤣🤣 and yet not long ago you'd have struggled walking with a pram! 👌🏻👍🏻

Great work! Well done you 😁😉

Parkrun is just such a buzz, isn't it? And Clumber Park, what a lovely place to run. We used to take kids on school trips there when I taught in Derbyshire many moons ago, it's beautiful. Well done you and watch out, it's addictive!

Well done!! I know some people do a park run for their W9R3 but I can't see myself doing that. I'm aiming for after I (hopefully) finish this, park run being something I just do because I can and there's one in my town so no excuses! I'll hopefully do my first one the week after I complete c25k, looking forward to it!
