Hi I became a grandma this week and feel it’s time to be fit to care for my new grandchild. Just completed week 2 run 1 feel ok! Pleased to have scribed it and looking forward to keep going!

Congratulations all round. Well done with the start of this plan... that’s the hardest bit. You can do this, and you’ll be able to keep up with that grandchild... for a few years at least, they get fast really quick 🤣

Have travelled to meet my new granddaughter (she is of course gorgeous) keeping up with plan despite staying away from home!! Just completed week 4 run 3, had a small trip but got up and carried on! Thanks for your encouragement
