Hopefully I would be a C25K graduate in a week. What should I do to start run on the mountains for 10Kms?
I am thinking to follow ju ju's training plan and at the beginning to run on trails the short of the weekly 3 runs, then add the second and by the end "upgrade" and the last but long run
I have never try trail running before

Hello.. after you Graduate... you need to consolidate your runs...
Some short routes... plenty of 30 minutes too, and then some long, slow runs... It is the long slow runs which continue building up your running muscles, your stamina and strength.
The new routes on the trail will be good too...you can really practice the new running style... and then after a couple of weeks... you can begin the Magic 10 when you move across to Bridge to10K
What I do is I have a couple of local runs which are loops of between 1-1.5k which include an uphill and downhill section, or a series of undulations. When training I run these at tempo pace (80% of race pace) aiming to increase my speed a little on each loop. This will get you used to running hills and also build your endurance for off road and hilly runs. Hope that helps?
