I find I need to walk 10 not 5 mins to warm& loosen up before and at the end.
Stitches try taking on fluid a few hours before running slow your pace down and breath whilst running get a rhythm don’t hold your breath , I’m guessing it’s your calves that are hurting is this whilst you run or after , again take on fluid before running try stretching , warming up before running this could be as simple as doing a fast walk and again after you finish I’ve found when I’ve run and my claves hurt if I continue to run they tend to get better the further I go , if you need to slow your pace down but just keep moving

Warming up well and post run stretches may help with your leg aches... Try to land lightly too..I call it kissing the ground with your feet
Stitch... try this technique... we all have our own methods of dealing with it.. but this works for me in the rare occasions I get stitch.

Well done . Stitches are usually caused by going too fast and leg aches shows you need to up your fluid intake. Both of these things should help 😊😊
