Flat run

It’s lovely living in the countryside, but, i’m Trying to find somewhere to run my 1st 25 mins run, that doesn’t include steep gradients, running downhill is so much easier, no flat land for miles. I’ll just have to grit my teeth. W6 R3, I think driving for 25 mins to run by a river is a bit much.

Can you not turn around and rerun a bit of your normal run ? Obviously not sure that this is possible but if your normal run is good for you can you just do a bit if it again, like get to half way and then turn around and run back again ?

I checked out another country road, i’m Hoping a gradual run up and a steady run back will give me the 25 mins I need. I live on the top of a hill, so nowhere is flat. I’ve just decided, if that’s my trading, i’m Going to do so well on the flat. On Saturday I hope to run on a beach! That will be interesting.😳
