Week 4 rethink

Ok so after calf muscle injury last week I tried again after 6 days rest (just walking a short distance each day) - however I couldn’t get beyond a brisk walk never mind a run before limping home again.

Time for a rethink and reading all your posts has educated me. I am now the proud owner of these two new buddies - wish me luck!

Does the roller come with instructions? Where did you get it?

Amazon - comes with a link to a free ebook (pdf) you can download. Although to be honest you just sit/lie/roll on it

👍🎉😄 Look like good choices. Muscle massage really does help. And I find good hydration is key - be sure to keep that going on non-run days too. Good luck & speedy recovery.
