Hills.... and more hills!

So last night I decided to change my route, I have been doing slight variations of the same route since beginning c25k and I knew there would be hills as whichever way I go there are hills! I live in midsussex. However I did t realise how steep some of them were even though i drive the route to pick up my step son from school!

Anyway i didn't give in! I didn't stop running although at some points I'm sure a snail could have moved faster than me! And I'm hoping all these hills will help with a decrease in my 5k time!

Well done and yes, apparently running up hills is absolutely fantastic for your heart and for your overall stamina and fitness. I try to remember that when I am shuffling up one! 😂
