Has anyone else found that this helps them to, well, go! This morning I went for a walk (my non-running day) and couldn't wait to get back and sit on the throne π I have always been constipated π© I nearly had to return early from my 30 min walk.

Your running and drinking water to keep hydrated so it should help you go π

If youβre exercising, eating well and staying hydrated that will generally get your metabolism and digestion working better in general. Just being sedentary all day slows everything down!

Yes it works to clear you out. I have to get up early at 7am on a Saturday morning, have a couple of cups of coffee and a banana or slice of toast before Parkrun. The reason I get up early is so as I have a movement before I go running. There are no toilets at the park. So if I donβt go before the run, the run will bring one on.
