Well from not being able to run 60 secs in the first week without stopping I have just completed 30 mins and ran 5.1k😊How this happened is just unbelievable I never thought I would be saying the words ive graduated I have got the biggest grin on my face the poor people by the river must have thought I was mad I was jumping up and down shouting yes yes I’ve done it 😊I’m so happy 😊🏃‍♀️
