Ran Friday after having a thumping headache all day which turned out to be the start of a fairly nasty bug! Weekend spent mostly feeling sorry for myself

After work today said to my partner I can’t run but we could walk to the poppy field

So we walked up the steep field jogged along the top walk and jog back down the other side oh it was beautiful so that’s where week 3 run 3 will be

Both of us are beginning to feel like runner’s

I have walked up that hill loads of times over the last 30 years with various dogs and always puffed

So much better thanks i surprised myself going out after work it’s stunning at the moment and will be different as the year goes on
