After a dreadful night of not much sleep tending to poorly child I decided to get out early and hope for a rush of endorphins!

Felt like I got into my old pace a bit more this run. I had quite a good pace when I got to the end of week 5 last summer and it felt like my body remembered. I'm glad I went. Final run of wk1 on Monday. Here's hoping I can graduate this time!

Happy weekend everyone!
