After completing week 8 run 2 10 days ago, I’ve had a forced break due to injury/health reasons. What I thought was shin splint in my left leg turned out to be Cellulitis!😠 I’m now on meds but trying to plan ahead and get back to c25k. What recommendations do you have? Do I dial back a couple of weeks or just go right back to week 8? I’ve been resting it when possible but still have a daily step count of 10k.

On here it's said you don't loose any fitness for 2 weeks any longer you may need to go back a week or two . Just get better first , your runs will be waiting for you 😊
