I have just finished the w6r2 which includes 2 runs for 10 minutes and I realize that the first 5 minutes after the brisk walk is the difficult part. After that the rest is very easy regardless if it is for 5 or 20 more minutes

This might help explain why. It’s usually because the 5 minute walk isn’t enough to warm you up and get the muscles activated. In summary, it may be because you haven’t warmed up enough.
