I’ve been using C25K+ podcast and on my run this morning I finished the podcast too far from home to just walk the 5 mins so I ran on! Couldn’t believe I’d run just under 6K when I checked. I wonder now if I should do that each time although I have to admit I do like the speed podcast too.
