Looks like you are going to be among the 10% of runners of C25K who run their graduation run sub 30 minutes, good luck for that.

Your reply has niggled me for a few days. All graduation runs are for 30 minutes, so I cant do less than this. I assume you meant 5k in less than 30 minutes. What a carrot to dangle. I decided it would be nice, but not push myself to hard for it. Then it occurred to me to check time at 5k for this last run. 5k in 29.29.

If you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated, congratulations, if it's a sub 30 minute 5k, well done, for example if someone runs on their graduation run a 25 minute 5k they should still continue to run for 30 minutes to graduate.

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the June graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃 😊

Wow, that's a cracking pace! Well done you. Only one more to go - what's your plan for after graduation?
